  • Order process
    Once you place an order, you will receive an email to let you know your order has been accepted and has passed our security checks. Your made-to-order garment will then begin manufacture. We aim to have the item with you within 3 – 4 weeks but due to the nature of small batch manufacturing this is an approximation only. As soon as your garment is ready, and has been checked for quality, it will be carefully packed and sent on its way to your specified destination. We will send you a dispatch confirmation email as soon as it is posted which will include a tracking number. We aim to keep you updated throughout the process, our philosophy is to make honest, high quality garments and so we want our customer service to be the same. Availability In the unusual event that a product that has been ordered is unavailable, we will give you the option of a refund or exchange. If it is part of a multiple order, we will continue to process the other available items so your order will not be delayed. Payment Validation All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment, then we will notify you by email and we will not begin to process the order. In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. At all times where we disclose your information it will remain secure. If you believe your details are incorrect you may correct those details by emailing We reserve the right to refuse any order. If there are any issues with your order we shall contact you via the contact information you have provided. Security You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or any other breach of security.

There will be one delivery charge per order processed; however, postage cost may increase exponentially dependent on the number of heavy items added to a single order. The delivery address cannot be changed after an order is dispatched, but by all means contact us and should the package still be in our possession, we will endeavour to make any required amendments. A signature will be required upon delivery. Before signing for a package please inspect for any damage. Once signed for you accept full liability and we cannot be held responsible for any missing goods.
  • Customs, Duties and Taxes"
    Customer's ordering from outside the European Union will receive a VAT discount on their order. The correct VAT rate will be applied at checkout once your delivery details are added to the form. Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the recipient to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of our control and tend to vary from country to country so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate and current information, we suggest contacting your local customs office who will be able to explain a breakdown of your duties. Customers must take full liability for parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges and should expect to have postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling deducted from any refund due.
  • Returns
    Returns policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so will gladly offer the option of a refund, replacement, or exchange for all or part of your order within 14 days of delivery date. We can only accept where the product has not been worn, customised, altered or washed with its original tags. You can return them to us by post, at your own cost as per the details within the ‘returns’ section below. After the 14 days cancellation period, we shall only offer an alternative if the goods were not as described. If an alternative is not available then a refund will be considered. Your item will be refunded within at least two weeks of us receiving your goods and within 30 days of receiving a written notice of cancellation. When you are buying goods online, you are entering a legally binding contract. By purchasing a product from HAAR, You are buying from the UK and all applicable UK laws apply. This does not affect your statutory rights. Returns Returned goods must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging. Please do not taint clothing with aftershave or deodorant when trying on as we may refuse to issue a refund if we deem the condition unsellable. We would advise you to send your return via recorded delivery and keep any evidence of proof of postage. If you choose to exchange an item, we shall pay for the new exchange item to be delivered. We ask that customers outwith the EU mark any returned packages with "Returning to country of origin" to prevent any delays at the relevant customs authorities.
  • Exchanges
    If you wish to exchange an item, simply check the ‘exchange box’ on the return form and follow up with an email letting us know which replacement item you would like. We can then confirm the item is available and put it on hold. Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship the replacement item to you.
  • Faults
    The repair and exchange guarantee excludes faults caused by neglect, misuse, accident or normal wear and tear and failure to follow instructions of care. If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer support ( quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the fault. We will respond to you as soon as possible to acknowledge your issue and from there will request that you send us a few photographs of the fault. The photographs will be examined by our manufacturer to determine the course of action. We may offer to repair the fault or exchange the item. If a refund is not available we may offer a refund. We shall reimburse delivery only when goods are faulty. Please note that we may not be required to provide a refund if you continue to use the goods after discovering the fault. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Promotions and sales
    We accept returns regardless of a promotion or sale, our 14 day return period still applies. When a promotion or sale period ends it is final. We reserve the right to end a promotion or sale at any time. During sale or promotion periods we aim to work to standard delivery guidelines, however, please allow for a small delay during busy times.
  • Newsletter Subscriptions
    We will use our newsletter to inform you occasionally of new products, editorials, promotions, and seasonal sales. If you decide to cancel your subscription to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the mailer, or emailing We aim to send content that is suitable and engaging, your email address will never be passed on to a third party.

    Trade Description We have made every effort to ensure photography, description and details are correct and accurate. However, slight differences in colour and texture may occur and manufacturers’ specifications may change slightly on garments. Please note all measurements are approximate. Where are our products made? All HAAR garments are manufactured in Scotland. We strive to source fabrics and trimmings made in the UK as far as possible. Garment care Each garment required different methods of care and cleaning so you should firstly refer to the care label. Some of our outerwear garments require specific methods of care and cleaning and your care label will refer you to our website. You can find more detailed information here.
