It's finally here... The Munro Bagger

We are very pleased to announce our incredible new parka jacket; The Munro Bagger

At long last... It's here.

Made entirely in Scotland from fabrics sourced in Britain. We feel the Munro Bagger is a testament to the innovation and high-quality found in the British Isles.

Constructed from Halley Stevensons of Dundee's P200 Hybrid Aero. The Jacket is waterproof without the waxy feel found on traditional waxed cotton cloths. It is lined with British Millerain waterproof cloth to ensure protection from the elements. A union of two fantastic manufacturers in one jacket.

Although we intentionally designed the jacket to be aesthetically simple, the Munro Bagger actually features a huge amount of detail throughout.

Including side entry hand warmer pockets lined with a thick, luxurious moleskin.

The Interior features a range of high quality fabrics and finishes, The peached brown waterproof lining sits at the upper section while a hard-wearing lower section in a shiny finish is used to stand up to more wear from the likes of belts and rubbing from trousers and denim.

The sleeves are lined with a lightweight slippy lining making this jacket a dream to slide on.

Moleskin is utilised at areas around points of contact with the face for a comfortable wear.

Further details can be found in the subtle branding of the press studs. With the debossed HAAR 'Horseman' logo.

This jacket is designed with quality and performance in mind at every inch. Classic and refined.

The high stance hood sits well and just the right distance from the face to ensure both warmth and comfort.

The hood features an extended flap (lined with moleskin) with branded press studs to secure in place when the extra protection is not required.

Substantial 5mm natural leather drawcord with stoppers can be used to provide further adjustment. Finished with slipknots giving the wearer extra cord to play with should they need it.

The heavy duty YYK two-way zip closure is doubly protected from the elements. Inner and outer corduroy lined storm flaps add protection, texture and detail to the jacket.

The zips are completed with matching fabric toggles for ease of use.

Corduroy trim can be found throughout the garment including pocket flaps and cuff adjusters.

In total the Munro Bagger features ample storage without looking too busy. Two large lower snap and flap pockets with moleskin lined side-entry handwarmer pockets sit below a handy welt chest pocket on the front. Inside: Two lower patch pockets can be found in contrasted fabric. Further interior storage is provided by a welt chest pocket which sits comfortably in the corduroy trim lining.

The garment is finished with a large rear map pocket which brings balance and further detail to the overall piece.
